Just a 10-minute drive from the city, the Palace Theater is New Orleans answer to the mega-movie theater experience. The Palace has 20 screens, elevated seating, and incredible audio. This is not your best bet for finding many independent or art films, but if a good, old-fashioned multi-million dollar Hollywood movie is currently playing anywhere, chances are it'll be playing at the Palace.
