Founded in 1966, the New Orleans Musica da Camera is one of the oldest performing organizations in New Orleans. The Musica da Camera is devoted to researching and performing music of the medieval, Renaissance, and early baroque periods. The ensemble uses many recreated instruments to authenticate the different experiences of these classical pieces to their respective time periods.
